My wife and I had a great experience with Hooked On Travel! It was a shorter trip but well planned and thought out. So much more fun traveling with a group as well. Darci Murray at Hooked Alcohol Free Travel is a true gem!! 😍

My husband and I joined the first ever Non-Alcoholic Wine Tasting Tour to Germany and Austria with Hooked this past October and it was absolutely life-changing!! We tasted more than 3 dozen incredible non-alcoholic wines at 5 different wineries and even an abbey!

When we weren’t galavanting through vineyards or sitting down with generational winemakers, we were touring castles and beautiful cities with rich histories on foot. Walking tours are our FAV so that was a highlight!!!

Together, we made history, redefined travel, completely reframed the activity of wine tasting, and in the words of Darci, “proved that the best buzz comes from being fully present.”

Shout out to Darci for putting together an amazing tour, the first of its kind - an alcohol-free wine tasting tour - Germany and Austria!  Everything she organized was seamless, comfortable, informative, interesting and FUN!  I went solo for my first time with a group I didn't really know and they were all so welcoming and amazing, especially Darci. I highly recommend this tour. Epic Adventure, Sober and Unforgettable! Our trip to Alaska was absolutely incredible. It was my first cruise ever and what an experience. As someone who has not had alcohol since 2016, I can honestly say this was the most fun I have ever had sober. From the breathtaking landscapes to the unforgettable onboard experiences, every moment was full of adventure, laughter, and pure joy. Taking my granddaughter on the Hooked Dry Grad Thailand trip was unforgettable. From temple tours and browsing the Chatuchak Market in Bangkok, to snorkeling in Koh Tao, rock climbing in Krabi, and an unforgettable seven-day volunteer experience at an elephant sanctuary, every moment was incredible. Watching the grads immerse themselves in new places, meet locals, and grow through these adventures was a joy. So glad to have had the opportunity to visit such an amazing part of the world. Experiencing the food, culture, language and traditions opened my eyes to a totally different side of the world than anything I’d ever seen before. Every part of the itinerary was well thought out and planned to perfection. From the street food tour that took us through the streets of bangkok to the time we got to spend at the elephant sanctuary. Every aspect of the trip was thought through and I saw more of every destination in a couple days than I ever would’ve in weeks by myself. So glad I got to spend my summer with a great group of people in such great place. My trip to Thailand was nothing short of transformative. As someone who had never travelled outside of Canada, taking that next step definitely made me nervous. The vibrant culture, stunning landscapes, and warm-hearted people immediately captivated me. Every moment felt like a discovery, from exploring ancient temples with intricate hand done carvings, wandering through markets filled with exotic aromas and vibrant colours to shredding elephant poop to make carpets!! The genuine smiles and welcoming nature of the Thai people touched my heart and opened my eyes to a different way of living. I found myself more present, more appreciative, and more connected to the world around me. This trip was more than just a vacation; it was a learning experience that has reshaped my perspective on life. It has motivated me to seek out new adventures, embrace different cultures, and live with a greater sense of gratitude. Thailand will always hold a special place in my heart, and I am forever grateful for the memories and lessons it has given me.
